Bourne Education Trust is on an exciting journey to meet the challenges of the technologically driven education system that will characterise the 2030s and beyond. Our Transformation Director will lead the development of our new ways of working, with a particular focus on enhancing educational success and efficient operations through delivery of a digital learning strategy.
We are seeking a highly experienced education professional who can work in a creative and innovative way to prepare us for this change.
Our Trust currently shapes the lives of 15,000 pupils and employs approximately 1,600 staff across 24 academies and 5 associate schools.
This is a broad role encompassing strategic leadership with a particular focus on the delivery of BET Connects, our digital learning strategy which will eventually see all our pupils having access to a 1:1 device.
