Do you want to be part of this transformative journey? About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our small, talented IT/IS team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our computer systems, network infrastructure, application support, and technology-related processes. This is a hands-on role that requires broad expertise in IT management. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management: Ensure the stability and performance of all IT systems and networks. Application Support: Experience of all aspects of application support including an ERP system, ideally IFS. Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Master Data Management: Maintain high standards of data governance and information accuracy. Project Management: Lead key initiatives, including the transition of our IFS system to a new platform. Collaboration with Business Analysts: Work closely with business analysts to deliver accurate reports that enable informed decision-making. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong judgment and decisiveness in handling onsite IT challenges. Hands-on experience with application support, Windows AD, and Microsoft applications. Expertise in computer networks, network administration, and installations. Knowledge of Qlik or similar reporting technologies. A deep understanding of master data, technical management, and information analysis. A collaborative approach to supporting cross-functional teams. Availability for on-call, out-of-hours support (24/7 1 week in 5).
