Based in Aberdeen, this client is a leading provider of specialist services, products, and engineered solutions across four complementary areas of expertise. Currently looking to bring in a QHSE Advisor on a temporary 6-month basis.
The Role
As the QHSE Advisor, you will work with the QHSE Manager to ensure the business keeps QHSE levels high.
Responsibilities
1. Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance.
2. Ensure legal and other requirements are met.
3. Provide support and guidance to operations personnel on QHSE related matters.
4. Deliver training and mentoring on a range of QHSE topics.
5. Audit compliance to standards and legal requirements.
6. Ensure accurate records are maintained.
7. Participate in internal QHSE meetings and investigations.
8. Identify improvement opportunities in existing methods and systems.
9. Assist in developing a culture that encourages safe working practices and continual improvement.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. NEBOSH or equivalent.
3. Auditing qualification.
4. Extensive experience and understanding of management system standards.

Renumeration
Salary: £30-45K DOE
