Salary: £ 35K to £ 45K Duties UnderthedirectauthorityoftheHeadofEstatesandFacilitiesManagementService,the Service Coordinator is responsible for: Coordinate in close collaboration with FM the implementation of ad-hoc projects with third party companies, upon request of Head of FM Service. Ad-hocsupportonothertasksnotmentionedintheabovelist,toHeadofFMService Organize and coordinate the implementation of office accommodation requests, office moves and office layouts for the ECSAT employees. Coordination of complex user requests related to FM services. Support the catering service delivery, and analysis of catering data in support to the head of FM service. In close collaboration with the ECB representative in provide assistance whererequiredspecificallyrelatedtoon-sitelogisticscoordination,setupfornewexhibitionslayoutrequestsandliaisewithESAservicestakeholders(e.g.,IT,Video Conferencing, AVetc.). Coordinate and support Audio VisualsystemdevelopmentandoperationsintheMVCC,inagreementwithHeadofFMService,andotherstakeholdersorteammembers. CoordinateinputsandfeedbackonMVCCservicesandeventtypestosupportthecontinuousimprovement of ECB event management; coordinate communications with CampusstakeholdersonMVCCeventoperationsandprovideinputtotheMVCCwebsite. CoordinatetheFMonsiteactivitiesforthepreparationofspecialeventsin which are not organised by the ECB(e.g. Xmas party, ESA days, FM meetings ,Programme Boards) Theappointedpostholdershallinprinciplenotberesponsibleforanyhardservices,unlessexplicitlyrequestedbytheHeadofEstatesandFacilitiesManagementService. Technical Competences Thecandidateshalllistalltheirtechnicalcompetenciesrelevantforasuccessfulandefficientexecution of the role. Whilst no formal bachelors degree is required, the candidate shall have equivalent demonstrate able experience in similar roles.
