Our client is a well-established and highly regarded Property Consultancy that provides a fully comprehensive range of property advice to UK and International owners, occupiers, investors, lenders, and developers.
The Role
A Senior Surveyor position within the Newcastle Office & Industrial Agency team, to deliver profitable fee income to the business. The role covers a wide range of activities such as advising clients on sales and purchases together with letting and acquisitions of both office and industrial properties.
1. Assist Directors with the valuation, appraisal, and preparation of sales/letting details
2. Actively market properties for sale/to let and report to clients with marketing updates
3. Identify potential new disposal instructions from new and existing clients
4. Service existing client requirements with suitable opportunities
5. Prepare schedules of available properties
6. Develop own client base and in particular develop business with your existing private client contacts
7. Keep up to date with market movements, deal analysis, and incentives in the market
8. Promote and raise the profile of the agency team externally and internally
9. Liaise with other key departments to cross-sell clients and related services
10. Responsible for managing own instructions or subsections of major projects
11. Works as a team on major leasing instructions
12. Has broad knowledge of principles and practices of related disciplines
Essential Qualifications
1. Educated to degree level
2. MRICS
3. UK driving licence
Essential Experience
1. Track record of delivery in the UK Real Estate market, with a transaction background
2. Previous experience and evidence of enhancing performance through growth and profitability

Remuneration
1. £35,000 to £45,000 (DOE) + Benefits
