We re-invest in our practices that each operate separately but as part of the bigger organisation.
Access to all benefits of Northumbria healthcare; lease cars; home electronics; health and wellbeing offers.
Support with education, monthly education timeout sessions as well as a quarterly NPC practice-wide education sessions covering a range of topics dictated by the needs of our clinicians.
We are a forward-thinking organisation and as part of our culture, we are embracing new technologies to improve the services we offer our patients. We understand the importance of listening to our patients and are not afraid to make changes following feedback.
