In this role, you'll process sales orders across multiple channels, assist with varied administrative tasks, and work closely with the customer service team to ensure orders are handled efficiently, all while delivering a professional and supportive client experience.
Responsibilities for an apprentice
* Order Processing: Ensure customer orders are handled smoothly, and all related logistics are coordinated effectively. Troubleshoot any issues that come up along the way.
* Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional service that aligns with G&N's values.
* Order Management: Process daily orders accurately, resolving any questions quickly.
* Shipping and Documentation: Manage paperwork for shipping, review freight, and handle any damaged goods.
* Supporting Sales and Export: Help with quotes, sales orders, export logistics, and follow-ups on sales opportunities.
* Customer Management: Maintain accurate customer records, handle escalated queries, onboard new clients, and contribute to process improvements.
