Customer Service/ Admin
Staffpower Group are excited to bring to the market, on behalf of our client, a customer service role based in the Stockton
Ideally you will have a have a background in admin or customer service within an engineering/ manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for dealing directly with suppliers, customers and site administration performing the day-to-day administration and support activities for the Stockton site, ensuring that all orders and documentation are accounted for accurately and that these are conveyed to our partners in a timely manner.
Your Role:
1. Administration and processing of orders and information relating to Stockton Site.
2. Processing Documentation for UK and European Orders
3. Inbound and Outbound Call Handling
4. Supporting site management team with IMS responsibilities, including support during audits and maintaining site compliance documentation.
5. Ensuring LKAB Logistical requirements are being fulfilled by Haulage Partners
6. Ensuring customer service queries are dealt with in an efficient manner through to completion, and if required escalated through the Site Manager and Commercial teams.
7. Offering ideas for continuous improvement across Customer Services processes, whilst maintaining customer and stakeholders requirements, managing these to the highest standards possible.
