Role/ Department:
Under direct supervision responsible for providing administrative support to managers or other partners in the sales department.
Previous administrative supportive experience or completion of professional administrative support training is required.
The Key Responsibilities of the Role
1. Calendar Management – Manage complex schedules, resolve meeting conflicts, ensure time for strategic discussions, and proactively adjust as priorities shift.
2. Meeting Coordination – Arrange internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and follow-ups.
3. Travel Arrangements – Organize flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries for business travel.
4. Expense Reports – Process and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
5. Team Expense Management – Manage and track expenses,
6. Minutes & Action Tracking – As needed, attend meetings
7. Communications, capturing key decisions and actions in meetings, and following up to ensure completion.
8. Event & Logistics Coordination – Arrange logistics for Sales Team offsites and events as needed.
9. Ad Hoc Support – Assist the Sales Team with administrative needs, including room bookings and catering.
