Job Purpose
The Corporate Partnership Assistant will play a vital role in supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities UK’s engagement with supporters, volunteers, and businesses to ensure they feel valued and inspired to continue supporting our mission. This exciting new role will assist in key areas such as managing enquiries, coordinating volunteering activities, and providing logistical support for Gift-In-Kind donations.
Key Responsibilities
Enquiry and Research Support:
* Providing administrative support with general enquiries from potential supporters, providing helpful and timely responses
* Researching and identifying opportunities for support from these enquiries, liaising with the wider team to assess potential impact
Volunteer Coordination:
* Supporting with volunteer enquiries, assisting with planning, logistics, and scheduling across the team
* Providing excellent and engaging volunteering experiences by delivering corporate volunteering days in Houses, with new and prospective partners
* Conducting House tours with a range of businesses and use your relationship management skills to facilitate inspiring discussions on how they can support the work of the Charity
Gift-In-Kind (GIK) Management:
* Coordinating requests for GIK donations, managing the logistics of delivery and distribution
* Ensuring that GIK contributions database are accurate
* Gathering feedback and impact stories to share with the Programme Manager and the wider team
* Identifying new and maximise existing GIK opportunities
* Stewarding and managing relationships with new and existing GIK partners
Supporter Engagement and Stewardship:
* Building relationships with potential and existing supporters, using strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage
* Managing a portfolio of supporters, ensuring timely communication and outstanding stewardship to maintain and grow their involvement
On-the-Day Support:
* Acting as a point of contact during volunteer events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all involved
* Conducting House tours for volunteers and supporters, sharing impactful stories to deepen their connection with the Charity’s work
