Our client is an acclaimed medical device organisation known for its unique and innovative products for use within interventional cardiology and radiology. They have a passion for education and product support, working with key opinion leaders to communicate new ideas and technologies, providing highly informative, educational programmes to support both their products and associated procedures.
Our client is recruiting in the South East of England for a Territory Manager responsible for their portfolio of Cardiology Products. You will be at the forefront of driving sales revenue, profitability, and market share growth, which will include engaging in commercial interactions, providing top-notch clinical and educational support, and nurturing long-term partnerships with your customer base.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain a presence on the territory and create and sustain customer relationships.
2. Stay up to date with trends in heart disease and/or endovascular therapies.
3. Be conversant in, and able to effectively communicate the rationale of using their products within the medical application to which targeted.
4. Identify opportunities and threats, including competitors’ strategies.
5. Maintain complete records and activity reports on a regular basis.
6. Identify best commercial sales opportunities for products and education.
7. Take personal responsibility to maximise own learning from product training sessions.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
1. Technically competent in the clinical area of employment - Interventional Cardiology.
2. Strong communicator: interpersonal skills with a versatile communication style & ability to negotiate and persuade.
3. Numeric skills and IT competence.
4. Diligent and trustworthy.
5. Strong organisational and analytical skills.
6. Driving License – Willing to travel across SE England.
