Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Improvement: Lead the development and implementation of improved internal processes across sales and operations, with a focus on optimising efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
2. CRM Optimization (HubSpot): Manage the ongoing optimisation of HubSpot CRM, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the sales and operations teams.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with the business owner, senior leadership, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and gather input for continuous process improvements.
4. Roadmap Development: Define a strategic roadmap for improving business processes and systems, with measurable milestones that lead to better sales processes, enhanced customer service, and streamlined operations.
5. Supplier Management: Work closely with external suppliers and vendors on various projects, ensuring all suppliers are correctly briefed, operate within agreed budgets, and adhere to set timelines.
6. Budget & Resource Management: Take ownership of project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
7. Change Management: Drive the cultural and operational change necessary for successful process improvements, providing leadership and coaching to teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and practices.
8. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
9. Autonomy & Leadership: Operate with a high level of autonomy and leadership responsibility, shaping the future of the company's internal systems and processes.
10. Supplier Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and coordination with suppliers, regularly reviewing progress and making adjustments to meet the project objectives.
11. Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including sales, operations, and finance, ensuring that cross-functional collaboration enhances overall business performance.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within an engineering or technology company. A strong background in process improvement and CRM optimisation (preferably HubSpot) is essential.
2. Supplier Management Expertise: Demonstrable experience in managing relationships with external suppliers and vendors, ensuring they deliver on time, within budget, and to project specifications.
3. CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot) with a solid understanding of sales and customer service workflows.
4. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to work at a senior level, influencing key decision-makers and leading cross-functional teams.
5. Strategic Thinking: Able to think strategically and develop long-term plans that align with company goals, particularly around process improvements and operational efficiency.
6. Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver complex projects on time, and within budget.
7. Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of business process automation, data management, and customer service systems. Technical experience with HubSpot or similar platforms is highly desirable.
