As a Project and Lifecycle Manager, you'll take the lead in managing healthcare estates projects from concept to completion. From facilitating rechargeable value works to shaping lifecycle plans, you'll ensure Sodexo delivers high-quality, cost-effective solutions while meeting legal, contractual, and compliance standards.

What you'll do:
* Oversee all project works, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
* Develop and implement one- and five-year lifecycle plans, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
* Handle budgets, cost calculations, and reporting with precision.
* Ensure projects meet CDM, HTM, HBN, and other relevant standards.
* Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and in-house teams.
What you bring:
Essential:
* A recognized engineering qualification (C&G, BTEC, ONC, or HNC).
* In-depth knowledge of HTMs, HBNs, CDM Regulations, and PFI contracts.
* Strong experience in project and lifecycle management, including budgetary control.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with energy and building management systems.
* A customer-focused mindset with proven people management expertise.
