We are responsible for checking a variety of administrative documents and processes relating to the products negotiated and sold in the UK or exported across Europe and the US. We are looking for a confident and motivated Administrator with a meticulous eye for detail, as well as the ability to understand the bigger picture and how systems, documents and processes can affect the wider business. What you'll do
1. Activating suppliers for EDI connections
2. Working closely with other Buying departments to ensure high quality standards within EDI Team are met
3. Daily communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders
4. Checking EDI supplier data is maintained correctly by all departments to ensure our customers and suppliers receive the best possible service
5. Solving EDI queries from other departments within the Business
6. Supporting with new EDI related projects
7. Creating a positive, error-free working environment
8. Observing strict and business critical deadlines
What you'll need
9. Intermediate excel skills are essential
10. Experience in Administration is desirable
11. Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail
12. Self-Motivated and driven
13. Enjoy a fast paced and busy environment
14. Well organised with the ability to multitask and work to targets and strict deadlines.
15. Excellent computer skills
16. The ability and confidence to communicate effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business
17. Positive can-do attitude with the willingness to learn
18. Ability to problem solve
