The Role:
* Structural defect surveys – diagnosing issues, providing expert recommendations
* Mentoring & developing junior engineers – supporting the next generation of talent
* Project leadership – overseeing structural designs from concept to completion
* Client engagement – liaising with developers, architects, and stakeholders
* Pathway to Director – take a lead role in shaping the company’s future
What they are looking for:
* Chartered (IStructE or ICE) or near Chartered status
* Strong experience in structural defect surveys and assessments
* Leadership qualities – ability to mentor and manage junior engineers
* Proven track record in delivering structural projects across multiple sectors
