1st Line Support Technician - £25K - £30K The client I am working with is wanting to take on two successful candidates to help support the end users within their business. Skillset required: Windows OS Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word Active Directory One year working in a 1st Line position Level 3 IT Qualification or equivalent MCP or MCSDT Certification Role: Providing onsite hardware support, this will include - Repairs, troubleshooting wired and wireless networks and also performing initial software diagnostics. Maintain the IT facilities within the organisation such as PCs Work as part of a larger team supporting multiple different sites Complete and also file service desk tickets Ensure that servicing and maintenance schedules are carried out at the most operationally convenient times. Ensure that service resources are available when and where needed, with the appropriate skills distributed across all teams.
