We are looking for a high performing Account Executive / Account Manager to join one of ad-tech’s fastest growing startups with its own proprietary, world-first software solution.

This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver passionate about client success and excited to contribute to the growth of our new market operations. The ideal candidate has some OOH / media industry experience.

You will report to the Key Account Director in the UK - playing a key role in establishing Veridooh’s award-winning technology, presence, and reputation in the new market.

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Account Manager to support our service delivery and account management efforts in a brand-new region (UK and Europe). As one of the first full-time team members in this region, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to our growth in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project management and client relationship management. You will help ensure clients are onboarded, trained, and comfortable with our technology solution. Familiarity with our internal processes and technology will be beneficial as you develop and maintain client relationships. Your goal will be to help clients see the value in our product and support their success.

In this role, you will be adaptable across multiple tasks and eager to contribute in a dynamic environment. Your efforts will help establish our presence and reputation in this new market, setting the stage for future growth.

What you’ll do

Your day-to-day will involve:

* Client and User Onboarding: Assist new users and clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and are comfortable with our technology solution. Conduct training sessions to help them get started.
* Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or questions they may have. Help ensure they are maximizing the value of our product and services.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Regularly check in to ensure their needs are being met and they are satisfied with our solution.
* Process and Technology Knowledge: Use your understanding of our internal processes and technology to provide accurate and helpful guidance to clients. Ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery.
* Client Advocacy: Collect feedback from clients and relay it to internal teams to support continuous improvement. Advocate for client needs within the company to enhance our product and service offerings.

What you’ll bring

* Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in account management or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and provide post-sales support.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of technology solutions and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our product. Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
* Client Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships. Ability to understand client needs and support their success.
* Operational Knowledge: Basic knowledge of internal processes and the ability to provide accurate and helpful guidance to clients. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to take on new challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our new market operations.
