Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* Fluent in Mandarin and English.
* Degree educated in Information Technology, Computing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Relevant professional qualification.
* Experience within the Financial Services industry with a proven track record in a similar business stream.
* Experience in project management.
* Experience using database platforms such as Oracle, MSSQL, or MPP Database.
* Knowledge of programming languages, including Java, SQL, VBA, JavaScript, and Shell.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong understanding of the IT industry.
* Good customer service skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in the use of MS Excel.
* Team player.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, test, and maintain characteristic application systems for branches in the EMEA region.
* Conduct application projects, including budgeting, planning, business request analysis, proposal and review of technical solutions, supervising implementation, and examining project delivery.
* Manage, evaluate, and provide technical solutions for system requirements of EMEA branches.
* Implement Head Office policies while independently managing and executing IT Centre’s major projects.
* Support procurement and outsourcing management relevant to application development and projects.
* Assist in compiling technical documentation for infrastructure planning, design, and maintenance.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals set by the IT Centre.
* Assist in making annual departmental IT plans, detailing specifics, and supervising implementation.
* Visit clients for assigned technical projects as required.

This position is located in Central London with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing 1 day of remote work per week. It is a permanent role with a working schedule of 35 hours, and we are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible.
