Job summary Are you an excellent Team player looking for a new experience? Mendip Integrated Admin Service are currently looking for a full time Administrator to join their team. The role will require working in the Mendip Neighbourhood hub between the hours of 8am-10pm on a rota basis. You will be based at the Bridge on the Priory Health Park Site in Wells. On occasion you may be required to attend other Mendip sites in order to carry out administrative tasks. The post requires flexibility and the ability to provide a wide range of administrative duties as the services develop. Main duties of the job You will be responsible in providing administrative support to the multi professional teams and assist in the coordination of the smooth running of the service. Deal with day-to-day correspondence, initiating appropriate responses to provide patients, staff and other parties with required information in a friendly and professional manner. Receive telephone calls, accepting messages on behalf of members of the specialty teams, taking appropriate action where necessary. Process referrals and arrange appropriate appointments for the integrated clinical Teams. Ensuring that all patient information is clearly and correctly documented on to clinical systems such as Rio. Participate in team and Trust meetings as requested.
