Are you an experienced lifting equipment engineer with a passion for inspecting, repairing and keeping equipment ready for customers to use?Then read on!
We are on the hunt for an experienced fitter/engineer to join our team and be responsible for the workshop and inspections and maintenance of our product range.
Here are some of the things you can expect to do:
* Test and inspect all equipment ensuring high standard of working.
* Ensure all equipment is ready for hire.
* Conduct tests and inspections on customers sites and cover breakdowns
* Dismantling and repairing or replacing fault components.
* Occasional deliveries/collections as required.
* Keeping the workshop clean and tidy and compliant with health & safety.
* This list isn't exhaustive, and you may be called upon for additional duties as needed.
We invite you to apply if...
You have an in depth understanding of lifting equipment, hire and sales products with demonstrable experience of diagnosing and repairing lifting equipment.
You can be accountable for and maintain high standards of maintenance and tidiness in the workshop.
Have a high attention to detail with the ability to identify and provide solutions.
A full clean UK driving license.
LEEA foundation course and a minimum of 1 diploma is desirable.
Manufacturing training courses and a Forklift Truck licence would be an advantage, but dont worry if you havent as we can put you through training for these.

The role is full time - hours are 07.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
