The Role
Purely sales! You are not involved in the service side of the business. As a Sales Consultant, you will:
Drive Business Growth: Make high-volume calls to identify and engage decision-makers at companies using temporary staffing.
Build Relationships: Getting to know prospects with compelling conversations, learning about their businesses, and showcasing the value we bring over any competitor.
Close opportunities: Target agency users when they need us most and give them confidence and trust to come to us when they decide to switch supplier.
Focus Your Efforts: Spot timewasters early, identify high-value users, and prioritise your energy on genuine prospects by regularly phoning and meeting them.
Hit Targets: Achieve and exceed your goals with a very competitive commission scheme that rewards results.What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a high-volume sales environment (recruitment or similar industries preferred). Resilience, persistence, and a "hunter" mentality. Exceptional telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups effectively using our bespoke sales platform. A results-driven attitude with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
What We Offer
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8am until 5.30pm. As part of our 9-day fortnight work pattern (trial) you will receive every other Friday as time off without a reduction in pay.
Competitive Basic Salary: £30,000 per annum.
Uncapped Commission awarded on all gross profit made on new business conversions for 12 months.
