Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum (pro-rata)
Location: Northwest - hybrid with international travel
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim SCC & HRIS Transformation Lead to spearhead a significant transformation initiative. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, innovating and enhancing our HR service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing system implementation, change management, and global process optimisation across multiple regions and languages. With a competitive salary of £100K - £120K p/a, this position is based in Northwich.
What You'll Do
As an Interim SCC & HRIS Transformation Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our HR operations. Your primary responsibility will be leading the implementation of a global HRIS while developing strategies for setting up Shared Service Centres. You will drive process optimisation across HR operations, lead change initiatives, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, collaborate with various teams to align business needs, manage relationships with partners, and monitor performance metrics.
* Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global HRIS
* Develop and execute the strategy for setting up and transitioning HR services to Shared Service Centres
* Drive process optimization and standardization across HR operations
* Lead change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
* Ensure adherence to employment laws, data privacy regulations, and HR best practices in all SSC locations
* Partner with IT, Finance, and HR teams to align business needs with system capabilities and operational efficiencies
* Manage relationships with HRIS providers and consultants
* Define and track key performance metrics for HRIS functionality and SSC effectiveness

You possess strong project management skills with a deep understanding of HR technology, operations, and process optimisation. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will ensure smooth communication across all levels.
* Proven experience in leading HRIS implementations and/or setting up Shared Service Centres in a multinational organisation
