We're on the look-out for a highly organised Customer Success Coordinator to join our Customer Success and Delivery team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating our end-to-end delivery process, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and maximum value from our world class products and services.

* Strong experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of building positive relationships
* Excellent communication skills both with customers and internal teams
* Outstanding organisational abilities with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Proactive problem-solver who brings solutions and a continuous improvement mindset
* Ability to learn new processes and evolving software quickly
* Experience coordinating schedules, diaries, and meetings across various teams
* Confidence in presenting and communicating with diverse stakeholders including developers, IT teams, end users, and project sponsors
About The Role

* Coordinate and manage bookings for training and content offerings
* Onboard customers onto various products, ensuring they're set up for success
* Deliver clear updates on projects and deliverables both internally and to customers
* Problem-solve to achieve the best outcomes for customers
* Run performance reports for Account and Delivery teams
* Conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure satisfaction
* Support the management of team schedules
* Drive process improvements to optimize workflows
* Track and manage financial updates on projects weekly
