Knowledge of Settlement Agreements is desirable, it is not essential. The ability to self-managing and prioritise tasks under pressure. Excellent communication skills and the ability to instil confidence in clients are crucial. Additionally, you will contribute to sales and marketing strategies and be willing to engage in other projects and administrative tasks as needed. The HR Advisor - essential requirements: Previous experience in human resources management is essential. Ideally, relevant experience across various sectors and industries. Level 7 CIPD qualification. Full driving licence and own vehicle for occasional travel to client sites.
