Role: Public Sector Account Director
We’re working with a high-performing connectivity provider specialising in LAN/WiFi/WAN managed services. They’re looking for an experienced public sector account director to manage and grow major public sector accounts.
What You Need
* A strong understanding of LAN/WAN managed services – how they’re designed, delivered, and maintained.
* Proven experience managing large, complex public sector accounts.
* The ability to navigate public sector procurement processes, including RFPs and frameworks.
* Minimum 5 years consecutive UK address for security clearance.

Responsibilities
* Account Leadership: Build trust and earn "trusted advisor" status with major public sector clients.
* Retention: Ensure renewals through consistent service delivery and proactive problem-solving.
* Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow accounts and drive revenue.
* Negotiation: Manage complex contractual discussions and public sector procurement processes.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, supported by the full backing of the business.

The Package:
Base Salary: £60K–£80K
OTE: Minimum double (fact/evidence provided during hiring process)
Car allowance: £4.2K

Location:
Home-Based Contract: Expect frequent travel to client sites in the West Midlands.
HQ Visits: 2 visits per month to the Midlands HQ.
