Job Purpose: The Chief Officer position brings a fantastic opportunity to lead a new management structure, driving improvement and service excellence across the organisation. Key to ensuring the effective maintenance, repair and enhancement of our road networks, public spaces and related infrastructure this role will be crucial to meet the long-term needs of our communities.
We are seeking a highly progressive and motivated Chief Officer who will develop high performing teams to drive service improvements. You will play a key role in Highland Council's senior leadership team, working collaboratively in the Place Cluster and across the Council to ensure corporate and place priorities are delivered.
