Job Scope:
We are seeking to recruit a CQC Deputy Manager to support and manage our young people's service, providing care for individuals aged 8-18 with challenging behaviors. The Deputy Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care while promoting independence and choice for young people. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and fostering a safe and supportive environment. In this role, you will lead a team, motivating staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
The Deputy Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring effective use of home resources. You will liaise with external agencies to safeguard young people while maintaining professional relationships. Implementing quality assurance practices will be key to continuously improving service standards. Do you have?
1. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or a relevant equivalent qualification (Level 5 Diploma preferred).
2. At least two years of supervisory experience in a residential home environment, with a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
