Job Title: Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring robust financial management, and driving the financial performance of the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to make a significant impact on this growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to aid decision-making at the senior management level.
- Manage the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior financial role
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
