Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager and supporting the HR Team, the Learning & Development Partner is responsible for managing training and development initiatives, LMS platforms, compliance training and supporting management development capability.
You will be a strong collaborator, communicator and facilitator ensuring a culture of continuous learning and development and helping driving performance across the Bowers & Wilkins UK Production and other Head Office functions.
Key responsibilities
Training Delivery:
* Help shape and implement our L&D strategy to support business objectives and employee development.
* Design & deliver training programmes/workshops with a particular focus on compliance across our Production site, management & leadership capability, and development programmes for all levels.
* Work closely with the wider Production, HR Team and business leaders to drive awareness of L&D resources available for all employees.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development, reviewing and building programmes relevant for the business.
* Liaise with external suppliers experts to organise and schedule training sessions with an awareness of budgetary monitoring and building a training PSL.
* Administration of booking venues, courses, sending diary invites, and tracking attendance to assist the roll out of learning interventions.
* Working with Line Managers to review and implement training plans for their team members for long and short term initiatives at all levels.
Management of Digital Learning Platforms:
* Manage/optimise the digital learning platforms – drive engagement and compliance, as well as evaluate its success.
* Act as main point of contact for any general enquiries with systems or workshops.
* Maintain L&D tools and resources, including the intranet IHASCO site.
* Monitor, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback & performance analysis, to ensure solutions are cost effective and meet ROI KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in designing and delivering both in person and on-line learning programs.
* Up to date knowledge of theory and best-practice in key areas including Compliance, Health & Safety, and management development.
* Certifications in L&D
* Hands-on training experience to effectively support and deliver leadership development programs.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
* Excellent ability to analyse data and present insights effectively.
* Ability to build relationships and strong stakeholder management skills.
