Key Responsibilities: Supporting financial advisers with the full new business process from start to completion. Handling client and provider queries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Preparing documentation for client meetings, including quotes, valuations, and supporting literature. Submitting applications and following up to ensure smooth case completion. Ensuring data accuracy in the back-office system for compliance and reporting purposes. Conducting fund switches and withdrawals upon client instruction. Assisting with report writing and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Key Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IFA administration role (essential) Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of pensions and investments (desired). CII Financial Services exam pass (preferred but not essential). Benefits: Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus. Progression: Full support for industry qualifications and career development.
