Description Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to develop and implement multi-channel campaigns aligned with Leigh Day's objectives, driving brand awareness and lead generation. Work with internal teams and external partners to create content for campaigns across the marketing mix. Manage campaign delivery within agreed plans and budgets, measuring performance and driving improvements. Assist in drafting, proofing, and editing content across various channels. Produce campaign reports and evaluate performance against KPIs. Work with the Press Office to maximise campaign coverage. Manage content creation and updates for the website and social media channels. Produce regular reports and analytics on digital campaigns and web traffic. Collaborate with CRM and performance teams to improve email marketing and website content. Contribute creative ideas during the annual planning process and support campaign planning. Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning. Assist with legal directory submissions, award entries, and liaising with external agencies. Maintain client databases and general data management, supporting ad-hoc tasks as needed. Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and understand the firm's specialisms, clients, and competitors. Profile Passionate about working with a leading claimant law firm and providing access to justice. At least 2 years of marketing experience. Proficient in content management systems and email marketing platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in managing projects independently and meeting tight deadlines. Skilled at building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and team members. Patient, resilient, and flexible in managing tasks and stakeholder relationships.
