Our client is a franchised car dealership who is looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Parts Advisor to join their team.
Telesales Parts Advisor Role:
Working within a team, you will be focused on delivering a modern and efficient parts service. To contact customers via the telephone in order to either sell promoted product, advise customers of new products and campaigns or to conduct satisfaction reviews
As a Telesales Parts Advisor, You will need to be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of parts. You will be customer focused, and able to prioritise your workload to ensure your meet customer’s expectations. Maintain and update customer database, Use customer database to create call lists and follow up system. Design tailored approach to telephone calls ensuring clear objectives are selected
Telesales Parts Advisor – Requirements:
1. To have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor with at least 2 years experience
2. Preferably to have Autoline / Kerridge experience
3. Excellent communication skills are essential
4. To have a positive, customer focused attitude and approach to your work
5. To have a valid driving licence
Telesales Parts Advisor package is competitive depending on experience
