The Retail Media Associate Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital transformation within the European Market team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive media strategies, execute performance campaigns, and collaborate with 17 different countries to align digital initiatives with business priorities.
Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic media planning and execution, connecting branding, performance media, and eCommerce.
* Manage and mentor the Director, Performance and their team of specialists across paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, and eCommerce.
* Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless digital transformation across WEM.
* Drive innovation and best practices in digital media strategies while ensuring knowledge sharing across markets.
* Oversee performance measurement, aligning KPIs with business outcomes and driving excellence in execution.
Qualifications:
* Senior Leadership experience in digital media and performance marketing.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong expertise in paid search, paid social, programmatic, and eCommerce.
* Leadership experience, including direct team management and professional development.
* Knowledge of media agency ecosystems, digital analytics, and ad-tech platforms.
* Must be able to start at short notice and commit to a 6-month contract.
