Your contribution:
* Assure the coherence of contractual and operational processes with the IT backend system based on milestones and reporting requirements.
* Manage process integrity by ensuring that data and analysis is available to stakeholders in real-time.
* Collaborate in improving existing processes and implementing new processes and tools to address business priorities.
* Data analytics including project progress analysis and presentation of the data to enable management and teams to make data-based decisions.
* Registration/inventory management (asset management of sites).
* Site acquisition.
* Licensing & construction.
* Physical site acceptance processes.
* Active Equipment Logistics Process.
* Installation & Commissioning Control Process.
* Other operational and financial processes.
* Management of PMO related tools & software and continuous improvement.
* Customer engagement at appropriate level to fulfill contractual and procedural obligations.
What makes you stand out:
* Successfully completed university studies in the field of data sciences, engineering or similar education.
* At least three years of professional experience in process design and IT tools implementation.
* Fluent English skills in speech and writing (C1 according to CEFR), German is optional.
* Basic understanding and knowledge of business processes in the Antenna Tower industry is an added advantage.
* Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, strong communication skills, strong adaptability to change.
* Basic to intermediate programming skills (PowerBI & SQL).
