Responsibilities:
* End-to-end migration process alignment with business requirements and timelines.
* M365 tenant-to-tenant migration planning, coordination, and management.
* Migration activities coordination with project stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party delivery team.
* Migration process driving including planning, full and delta syncs, and cutover for staged migrations.
* Migration documentation development and maintenance, including migration batching, status reports, and issue logs.
* Migration schedules management, reporting progress, and ensuring that cutover plans are executed as intended.
* User experience and the correct and timely triggering of comms plans liaison with the change management team.
* Regular updates to project team on migration progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
* Risk and issue mitigation collaboration with technical teams.
* Project health reporting, including success rates, failures, and recovery efforts.
Key Skills:
* Proven experience in managing a staged migration in a large-scale IT transformation project – in specific, Microsoft 365.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Project management skills, particularly in IT migrations.
* Mult-phase migration plan management.
* Mult-phase migration alignment with migration objectives.
* Risk management and issue resolution capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present progress and issues to senior stakeholders.
* M365 environments and tenant-to-tenant migration best practices knowledge.
* Migration metrics and status tracking using reporting tools proficiency.
Experience:
* Managing Microsoft 365 multiple previous migrations or similar large-scale IT projects.
* Managing technical teams and coordinating activities experience.
* Microsoft 365 services understanding, including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, etc.
* End-user ramifications of similar changes understanding.
* Quest on Demand or similar migration tools familiarity.
* Project engagement managing during large-scale migrations.
