About the Ro le - This role is crucial in supporting the Head of OD&D to shape and implement the future vision of the OD&D consultancy model across the ONS. It also involves leading and managing end-to-end Organisation Design and Development projects. Throughout the delivery, this role will offer expert OD&D advice and partner with senior leaders to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency by redesigning the entire or parts of the organisational syste m.
