Administrator - Bristol - up to £25,000 plus benefits career progression We are seeking an Administrator to join our team in a dynamic fast paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. To support the Business by providing an efficient administration function & facilitating a customer-focused service delivery business Key responsibilities for the Administrator: Effectively dealing with Reactive/PPM works, from initial raising of jobs through to invoicing, in a timely manner. Accurate inputting of information on Joblogic CAFM database or other reports Maintaining excellent client relationships and contract and client records. Dealing with sub-contractors and raising orders, and quotations when necessary. General administrative tasks as necessary when required. Liaising with Engineers Technical Skills / Knowledge for the Administrator: Minimum GCSE’s grade C or above in Maths & English. Preferable NVQ or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Service. Experience, and Knowledge of electronic CAFM systems Ideal Administrator experience would be: Excellent customer interface skills, excellent telephone and communication skills Able to work in a fast paced and busy environment Organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines Excellent attention to detail both verbal & written Experience in Microsoft Office/Excel packages To monitor IT systems, paperwork and contractual/company processes with regards to all Contract and Business Units requirements. Respond and administer paperwork systems to ensure the work force adheres to all planned maintenance, reactive & quoted works as required.
