Position: Project Administrator
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgewater
* Organize diaries, schedule meetings, and manage attendance via Outlook for SPM & PM.
* Attend meetings, draft and distribute minutes to all team members.
* Maintain records of actions and ensure their timely completion.
* Manage and route office communications, letters, and documents to appropriate recipients promptly.
* Prepare, print, and file records to keep them up-to-date and accessible.
* Collate, update, and manage information according to documentation protocols and systems (SAP, CEMAR, ProArc, Teamcenter, SharePoint).
* Support the Leadership and Management teams with ongoing project activities and ad hoc requirements.
