We are seeking a suitably experienced and qualified person to be part of our Learning and Development team who will work closely with teams, individuals and specific roles within the organisation and who is able to engage with our partner agencies and stake holders. You will be part of our Learning and Development Team as a Learning and Development Advisor. Key aspects of your role will be involvement in the Development and delivery of learning and training programmes for our staff within NCT. You will also be involved in the Coordination of our NQSW ASYE Programme from registration to completion working alongside SWA colleagues. As a team member you will also be part of the coordination of the support and development of best practice solutions using in-house and external capability that maintains the common programme and specialist areas, such as social care or new ways of working.
