We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team on a freelance basis. You will support Trainers/Assessors delivering diplomas in residential childcare as part of Children, Young People and Families Practitioner and Children, Young People and Families Manager apprenticeships at Levels 4 and 5. You will be playing a vital role in maintaining quality and compliance across our training programmes. The two diplomas we deliver, as part of an apprenticeship or as standalone qualifications, are: TQUK Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (RQF) TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (RQF) Your Key Responsibilities Conduct portfolio sampling and provide detailed written feedback to Trainer/Assessors using OneFile. Chair sector-specific standardisation meetings to promote best practices and consistency in delivery. Participate in EQA visits with TQUK as the awarding organisations Observe and evaluate teaching, learning, and assessment practices to drive continuous improvement. Support and train Trainer/Assessors, helping them develop their delivery and assessment methods. Plan and lead best practice sessions to enhance quality across the team. Maintain compliance with all quality standards, including current children’s home legislation in England. Ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping to meet awarding organisation and funding requirements.
