Property Surveyor Part-time (3 days a week) Cardiff based
£46,840 to £53,601 pa
We are looking for a general practice Chartered Surveyor to provide property support and advice to the Welsh Government and NHS Health Boards and Trusts in Wales.
You will be part of a team of General Practice Surveyors dealing primarily with the disposal and acquisition of land and property and lease management arrangements. You will also provide a broad range of general practice surveying services to both the Welsh Government and NHS organisations in Wales.
To fulfil this role you will be a Chartered Surveyor with detailed knowledge and experience of lease management and land transactions together with considerable experience of working in an estates environment.
This is a part-time (3 days a week) role. We currently operate a hybrid agile model of working.
The Property Surveyor will use highly developed knowledge and experience to provide expert estates and property advice, guidance and support to NHS Wales organisations and the Welsh Government.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
