Their services also cover a variety of insulation options, including loft, underfloor, and internal wall insulation.\n\nDue to continued growth, our client currently has a vacancy for a Fleet and stores coordinator, this position would suit someone who prides themselves on a professional approach with experience in this role.\n\nThe role will involve:\n\no Scheduling regular maintenance, overseeing repairs, and ensure vehicles are roadworthy and safe\n\no Record Keeping\n\no Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and usage.\n\no Identify and address issues that cause vehicle downtime, optimizing fleet utilisation\n\no Driver Management\n\no Ensure they meet safety standards and company policies.\n\no Preparing and completing stores checks for delivery or pickup according to the procurement manager\n\no Receiving and processing stores stock products\n\no Performing stores inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits\n\no Maintain a safe operating facility space\n\no Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the project data storage system.\n\no Maintain physical condition of the stores; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.\n\no Plan and manage driver schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimising routes\n\no Driver Behaviour:\n\no Monitor driver behaviour and implement programs to improve safety and efficiency.\n\no Ensure drivers comply with all relevant regulations, including hours of service and safety requirements.\n\no The stores person must ensure that the head office receives the following information.\n\no Daily - Incoming/outgoing shipment reports, copies of Goods receipt numbers (GRN’s) and quality inspection reports\n\no Weekly – Project related stock/material reports (in and out movements and quantities)\n\no Monthly – Physical inventory reports\n\nQualifications and Experience:\n\n· Working within the fleet and stores sectors\n\n· ISOH Managing Safety – (desirable)\n\n· Proven working experience as a Fleet/store person\n\n· Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems\n\n· Familiarity with modern fleet and stores practices and methods\n\n· Good organisational and time management skills\n\n· Ability to lift heavy objects\n\n· Full UK Driving License essential\n\nSchedule:\n\nShifts Monday to Friday: 07:30am to 13:30pm\n\nJob Types Part-time, Fixed term contract\n\nContract length: 6 months\n\nPay: Up to £30,000.00 per year\n\nExpected hours: 30 per week\n\nBenefits:\n\nCompany pension\n\nCycle to work scheme\n\nEmployee discount\n\nFree parking\n\nExperience:\n\nFleet Management: 3 years (desired)\n\nStores Administration: 1 year (required)\n\nLicence/Certification:\n\nDrivers Licence (required)\n\nWillingness to travel
