Role Overview
The role is entirely field-based, focusing on either Croydon/Bromley or Rochester and surrounding urban centres. You would be joining a blue-chip business that offers international career opportunities, with people at the core of its operations.
With leading brands, training, tools, and management, our client is continuing to scale up their field force. They are a leader in market share, distribution, and brand recognition.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain relationships with independent retailers.
2. Promote and sell products effectively within the Convenience & Impulse space.
3. Understand local community needs and market dynamics.
4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A rich knowledge of field sales and the independent retail market.
2. Experience in FMCG sales into independent retailers (preferred).
3. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
