**Key Responsibilities:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Manager to join our team at Connexa Technology Limited, a fast-growing IT and Technology recruitment company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by working closely with internal teams and clients to identify requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
* Act as the technical product expert for satellite communications products, including those from Cobham, Iridium, and Inmarsat.
* Support the sales team with product demonstrations, customer presentations, and pre-sales engagements to showcase the value of our solutions.
* Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure technical content is translated into customer-friendly material for bids, brochures, and technical service updates.
* Capture customer requirements for internal and external product development projects, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both customer needs and technical specifications.
* Conduct competitor analysis to refine product positioning and highlight key advantages of our offerings.
* Work closely with internal teams to drive the launch of new products and services, including coordinating product evaluations and supporting training for sales and support staff.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in pre-sales, technical product management, or a similar role within satellite communications, IP networking, or technology industries.
* Strong ability to manage hardware suppliers and understand product capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Project management experience and a customer-focused approach.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
