We are currently hiring here at Vertu Ford Newcastle and have a unique opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to come and join the team at our dealership! This is a great role for someone to start with us and make it their own!
You will be working closely with the line managers on site to help build the brand of Ford Newcastle, reporting to the General Manager and producing innovative ideas on how to do so! You will be responsible for promoting the brand within the local area using products created from our in-house marketing team! A creative eye and adaptability will be key for this role!
We are offering a basic salary of up to £30,000 with an OTE of £40,000 plus a company car!
Key Responsibilities
1. Following up on potential avenues given by the dealership to promote offers or the brand.
2. Prospecting potential clients.
3. Selling the brand and dealership and why clients should work with us.
4. Managing social content for the dealership.
5. Developing excellent working relationships with other teams in our business to get the most out of the role.
6. Working with the public to promote the dealership.
7. Developing a good understanding of the market, competitors, and consumers.
8. Seeking local opportunities for the dealership to get involved.
9. Initiating contact through cold calls and unexpected visits to new businesses.

5. Confidence in speaking and selling the dealership to any opportunities.

For this role, we are looking for you to have either 12 months of Sales or Marketing experience. We also seek unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, and energy. You will be well presented with a desire and attitude to succeed. You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport. You will also possess a clean driving license and either be FCA approved or willing to be trained.
