Job Description
The Guest Services Assistant Weekends 7.30-11.30am plays a crucial role on Our Hotel Team as they are often the primary point of contact for guests from start to finish. As a Guest Service Assistant, your focus will be on providing outstanding customer service with a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient approach. Your goal will be to create unforgettable experiences for our guests by ensuring their needs are met and they have a memorable stay at our hotel.

Role in our Family
When working as a Guest Services Assistant, you will be responsible for the guest journey during their stay.
You will also:
* Deliver fantastic service to all guests in the food and beverage department.
* Work various shifts and undertake tasks to prepare the department for service.
* Serve all guests by providing the Brand Service experience and displaying the appropriate service behaviours.
* Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding Fire safety and General health and safety.
* Handle cash, ensure data security, and comply with PCI standards.
