Registered Manager

I am looking for a Registered Manager to run a beautiful care home in the gorgeous town of Woodbridge in Suffolk. The home is in a peaceful setting providing high quality residential, dementia and respite care, and plays an active part in the local community.
In this role you will:
• Manage the home to ensure it is delivering high-quality care
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain leading to a fantastic team of staff
• Ensure that the care needs of residents are paramount
• Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home
• Communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors
• Create strong links with the local community.
• Run a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home
For this great Registered Manager post you will need:
• Experience in Managing a Residential Home
• The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person-centred care.
• A good working knowledge, with a proven record, of CQC standards
• The ability to be a good team player
• A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful care home.
• Well-developed time management and leadership skills
