Your New Role
You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of solar and battery storage projects — from large residential installs to larger commercial systems and maintenance contracts. Working closely with the Head of Operations and a wider delivery team, you’ll manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing technical requirements, stakeholder engagement, timelines and budgets. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning plans into real-world impact.
Your Background
We’re looking for someone with at least two years of project management experience in solar, battery storage or wider renewables from a technical electrical background. You’ll need to be confident managing teams and third-party contractors, coordinating multiple priorities and maintaining high standards of communication and compliance. Familiarity with PV systems, EV charging, and storage technology is a MUST — as are electrical qualifications. Most of all, we’re after someone who’s proactive, practical, and passionate about sustainable energy.
