Job summary The role is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations for Provide Wellbeing Services, (this can include the delivery of Surgical and Neurodevelopment services) and will have responsibility for direct line management and wider leadership support across the operational team. The post holder will enable the successful delivery of high-quality services for service users and their families and will ensure systems and processes that enable the team to function effectively are successfully embedded within the service. The role requires an innovative mindset and with the ability to work well autonomously as well as within team.
