We are looking to hire a Full Lifecycle Recruiter for our client’s University Talent Acquisition team. This is a hybrid role based in London office 3 days a week, paying £186.72 daily PAYE.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for hiring graduates (attraction, selection processes, onboarding)
* Partner with hiring teams and recommend recruitment strategies whilst building strong stakeholder relationships
* Build your own network of potential candidates
* Interview candidates within frameworks and timelines
Qualifications
* Experience in a campus recruitment environment
* Proven experience of corporate recruiting or research experience
* Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to build relationships
* Strong inclination towards managing processes
* Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring
* Experience with applicant tracking systems
